I have the same issue, I cannot activate my new roku express because of the "we can't seem to reach you by email.". Tried 15 different email addresses. So disappointed in Roku!

What is the answer? How can I get passed this "error" message. There is nothing wrong. I have a valid email. Please help..... so frustrating
