My roku is also having this issue, I recently bought it and can obviously log into my roku account and the community on another device but the new TV. Do I submit my information here or through another format? I've tried a few factory resets and other tips offered here, none have worked.

I sent mine to you in a private message, did that not work? I'm still experiencing this issue and have provided serial number after serial number.

I have been having the same issues after a hard reset of my Streaming Stick+.
