Literally the same thing is happening to me right now I'm so frustrated!!
My roku is also having this issue, I recently bought it and can obviously log into my roku account and the community on another device but the new TV. Do I submit my information here or through another format? I've tried a few factory resets and other tips offered here, none have worked.

This is ridiculous and not to mention all my monthly subscriptions just got charged to my account so I'm paying for something I can't use
