I bought a roku tv and am stuck on the email part. I entered my email for my new account that I made and my old one but I keep getting the same message. I can’t back out or go home, and if I turn the tv off and leave it amd come back it turns on to the same screen
TVs don't really reset if you just turn it "off". Try actually unplugging it for several seconds and plugging it back in. Before you do, you should do the same thing to your modem/router.

I appreciate your answer, but I would actually appreciate, even more an answer from the Roku help team. I have restarted, over six times, by unplugging for 30 seconds each time. No luck. I have not been able to use my Roku for almost a week. This is directed at the people who work at Roku: please answer the query!!!
