Yeah I called Roku and no help. Took only my email and said they’d get back to me.. so still nothing

We would recommend performing a factory reset on the affected device then try linking your existing Roku account once again.

This is a Roku Tv though and that is the issue. It’s not a roku device to reset. I’ve done factory reset on TV and still goes to same screen. I have to register my Roku account before I can even move forward. Logged in on app, and it recognized TV but still didn’t move forward. I have tried 3 different emails and don’t receive anything and continue to get same message. I included serial number above, above to assist with that?

Still no resolution on this issue today so far and TV still not working due to Roku. Losing confidence and really don’t want to have to remove Tv from mount and return it.

I am having this issue. I am about to return the Roku for a different streaming device. Can someone please help me.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
If you're getting ‘We can't seem to reach you by Email’ when trying to use the activation link, tap ‘Resend’ on your Roku device and another email will be sent. After a moment, look in your inbox for another message from Roku with a new activation link for you to try.
If still no luck, please reply here with the serial number/device ID of your Roku player. It can be located at the back or underneath the device itself.
