I just purchased a Roku Express and I am having the same problem. So frustrating!

I have the same issue, I cannot activate my new roku express because of the "we can't seem to reach you by email.". Tried 15 different email addresses.  So disappointed in Roku!

I’m having the same issue with a TV I just bought with Roku built in. Entering a valid email and I get the message saying “we can’t seem to reach you by email”

What is the answer? How can I get passed this "error" message. There is nothing wrong. I have a valid email. Please help..... so frustrating
