Hi there!

Could you please provide more details about the issue you are seeing. Which Roku device are you trying to activate? What is the exact error message or text that you see on the screen? Could you provide a picture of this issue?

i need help. Ever since we changed cable/internet provider we haven’t been able to use the Roku.

If this Roku is already linked to your Roku account, it does not need to be reactivated.  You can check by logging into your account at  Scroll down to the bottom of the page to review your linked devices.

If already linked to your account, all you need to do is connect the Roku to your new wifi setup.  From the home page on your Roku device:
Settings > Network > Set up connection
