If this Roku is already linked to your Roku account, it does not need to be reactivated. You can check by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to review your linked devices.
If already linked to your account, all you need to do is connect the Roku to your new wifi setup. From the home page on your Roku device: Settings > Network > Set up connection
