Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? When is this issue occurring? Have you tried using 720 and then changing to 1080?
In addition, please provide us the following information: -TV brand and model number -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
