Unit is locked up when I tried to force 1080

I tried to change me screen setting fro 720 by forcing 1080 the whole system locked up and I can’t make it work

Can you please provide us with more information about your setup? What Roku model device are you using? What TV model are you using, and is it 1080 compatible?

Yes I'm dealing with this right now. What do we do to fix this?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? When is this issue occurring? Have you tried using 720 and then changing to 1080?

In addition, please provide us the following information:
-TV brand and model number
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
