Hi,
I have reset my Roku device Roku 3 (4200 series) and ever since I have reset, I am able to connect to my WiFi network on Roku 3 and then system tries to update software and it gets stuck there. Please see below image
As I have found information on community website, I have rebooted my Roku 3 and my Router simultaneously to check for any resolution of the issue. Issue is not resolved.
I have tried to switch on hotspot on my iPhone, my wife's iPhone and stuck at the same place as shows in above image.
I have followed all the steps on the article https://support.roku.com/en-gb/article/115002796148-what-should-i-do-if-my-roku-device-is-unable-to-... but that didnt help.
I have tried the steps in article https://support.roku.com/en-gb/article/208755668-how-to-update-the-software-on-your-roku-streaming-d... but I dont get to settings page.
I am always stuck at Choose your network page.
Any help in resolving will be appreciated.
Software on the device: 9.2.0.4701
I am more than happy to provide MAC address and Device ID if that information is helpful in anyway.
