Unable to Connect to Roku Service When Linking Device

I am having the same issue and I still can't link my streaming player. I've turned off my internet and rebooted my streaming player and still can't link. what do I do?

We do not have enough details from your original message to make an effective suggestion. Could you tell us more about your concern? Are you unable to connect to your wifi during the activation/linking of your Roku device to your Roku account? Do you receive an error code or message?

Please also reply here with the model number of your device. It can be located at the back of the player itself.
