Ultra setup frozen at Set display type

Setting up new Ultra 2020.  Setup frozen at “Set display type”.  Repairing, unplug devices and start over, nor anything else works.  Cannot advance or go back.

We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on the device.

I have the same problem and doing a reset didn't work.

It's brand new out of the box.  And it froze at Set Display Type.  Mine is Roku Ultra LT

Thanks for the post.

Are you able to use the remote when you first start setting up the Roku device? When you try to hard reset the device, are you making sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen?
