Ultra issue

Ugh this happened to me too I’m Roku Ultra though not Roku tv.    Reboots did not work. Before going reset network or whole device route I read about trouble with USB and I have a disk drive always attached to my ultra for Roku Media Player

anyway article said unplug usb and power cycle and that worked for me. 

ps add me to the Please add backup configuration to usb or SD card ability !!!
