Turning off out of nowhere

My Roku keeps turning off by it self and restarting and it's driving me nuts I have checked the update and is good network is excellent what else can it be

How are you powering your device? Are you powering the device through the TV USB port or with the provided wall outlet?

I'm having this same issue. I am powering it from the wall outlet. 

 

Very frustrating. Would love to know the feedback for a fix.

I'm also having this issue. It's plugged into an outlet, but keeps shutting down and restarting, or losing internet connection, or saying it's not charged by being plugged into a tv (which it's not - power source is USB to power plug). It's driving me bonkers!

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
