Trying to activate and get email...click link and follow steps, but no good :(

Like title says...have tried 2 different email accounts...neither work.  Why can't I activate my Roku?  I've had it for several years...just did a factory reset today cause it was acting flaky.

 

Please help.

Now I'm not getting emails from Roku when I try to activate...things are going down hill Smiley Sad

I did unplug my modem and router for 10 seconds...then plugged them back in...think it was after that I stopped getting emails from Roku.  That said my email is working fine...not sure what the issue is.

I understand that you are unable to receive an email link code to complete the activation process.

Have you checked for the email on your spam or junk folder if it's not in the inbox? If ys, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.

Having the same issue.   Can't get email after factory reset.   Please help. So frustrating

I understand you are unable to receive the activation code. If you are unable to receive the activation code after checking your spam or junk folder, kindly provide the serial number of your Roku device so we can assist further.
