I recently bought a Roku Express. Prior to this I'd been using a 3100x without any problems. I set it up so that the cable is on HDMI 1 and Roku is on HDMI 2. I'm now finding that when I'm on HDMI 1 and I press a button on the remote, it changes the feed to HDMI 2. So far, the only way I've found to get around this is to literally unplug the Roku when I want to watch regular TV. When I do that the remote goes back to behaving normally, but obviously this isn't a good solution.
Go in to settings> system> control other devices> 1-touch, uncheck it
Doesnt sound like the Roku's fault.
Did you try switching the HDMI ports around with everything?
Youre ot saying its the Roku Remote are you?

No, it;s not the Roku remote causing the problem. It's the regular TV remote that's having this weird interaction with the Roku.
I haven't tried changing HDMI ports.
Go in to settings> system> control other devices> 1-touch, uncheck it
Unchecked mine as well. My TV doesnt even support it.
Thanks for the solution.
THIS WORKS!!! i had the same exact problem with mine, cause my Roku is new and i turned off the one-touch feature and it worked like normal again! Thank you!!
Thank you. This was my issue and it's been resolved. Changing the settings worked. Thanks
Do you mean to click 1 touch on the TV settings or Roku settings?
It's in the Roku settings.
