I have gone through the entire setup. Activated my account and had the Roku restart. It goes back to the activation page. I tried a factory reset. Same thing.
I reset my router/ modem, but still get the same thing.
I have entered my email atleast 10 times, and it still comes back to the same page. Please help. This is beyond frustrating. Roku Express (3930, 3931 series)
When people have this problem it sometimes helps to use your phone's hotspot and connect to that just to get through the initial activation. Just make sure it's broadcasting on 2.4GHz (not 5GHz). Once it activates (if it activates) you can go back to your Wi-Fi.
