If this happened to me, the first thing I'd try would be a Factory reset to return the Roku to its pristine just-out-of-the-box condition and start setting it up all over again.
Factory reset is accessed via Roku path Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. If you can't get there with your remote, you can also do this by pressing and holding the reset button on the Roku for a MINIMUM of 30 seconds. On some models you may have to do this by pushing the end of a paperclip through a pinhole.
