Streaming player light off

I have everything set up. I watched the video and called, but no support. I can’t get the roku streaming player to connect and start the activation. The light on the streaming player is also off. Should it be?

What video did you watch and who did you call?

If the device does not show a power light on when plugged in, we would recommend checking out our Support page for troubleshooting here: What should I do if my Roku® streaming player will not power on?
