Setting up a 2nd device without a link code

I left the USA for three months without setting up my tablet. How can I activate without a link code off of my TV ?

Can you please explain what you're trying to do? Each device activates separately by itself.

You mention that you're trying to set up your tablet. Are you trying to use the Roku Channel on your tablet?

try to reset my roku express + to wireless internet
