when RESETTING MY ROKU STICK IT ASKS FOR MY EMAIL ROKU SENDS A LINK TO TO IT TO CLICK ON. WHEN I CLICK ON IT THE LINK COMES UP ROKU BLANK. I HAVE 2 OTHER STICKS ON OTHER TVS WITH NO PROBLEM. AND I HAVE USED THIS STICK BEFORE I JUST MOVED THE TV AND THE STICK, WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITH THIS TV, TO ANOTHER ROOM. NOW THE STICK WONT WORK SO VERY FRUSTRATED. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT. I HAVE RESET AND FACTORY RESET MULTIPLE TIMES
