When you set up your device, did you make sure to select the English language for the device? Please be aware that if you are in France, the channels that are provided for your region may be based in French language. The functionality in order to change the language from French to English would need to done through the channel itself. We'd recommend reaching out to the channel providers directly for more help and information regarding the availability of their service in a language on the Roku platform in your area.
