Screen stays on Roku screen

The screen stays on the initial Roku screen and never goes to the setup and activation screen.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, does Roku really not offer any support?  That would make me immediately return their products.

Have you tried to perform a factory reset on your Roku device?
