Screen no longer shows Roku streaming options when HDMI is activated.

All of a sudden, when we put the TV on HDMI the screen only shows the 'R O K U" logo and not the usual cityscape with King Kong, etc. on purple background.   I cannot get any streaming options to appear (i.e. Amazon, Netflix) etc, when I press those options on the remote.  I've triple checked batteries, unplugging power and I get the green reset light to flash but the screen remains black.  It is so frustrating not being able to contact anyone at Roku for help.  this is ridiculous.  anyone out there have any suggestions????

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried performing a factory reset to see if you can resolve the issue after setting up your device again?
