Router re-set causes Roku to think we’ve moved and we’re out of “moves”. We have not moved our devices from their original locations in our home.

Yes, mine also! I have direct TV and the provider did a re-boot. The ROKU no longer works. I have tried to re-install, to no avail. I went out and purchased a new ROKU and the set-up page does not show on the TV screen. How about some help here! I have tried calling the ROKU number for help and get the recording saying that they are NOT OPERATING at the moment, due to the situation????????? It is impossible to catch it over the phone! What the heck? Suzanne
