My Roku Express worked fine before, but I recently moved to a new place with new WiFi and now I can't get it to work. I've reset the device multiple times (using a paper clip to press the button) and even unlinked the device from my Roku account. It will let me get to the "Let's get started" screen on my TV but my remote won't work to select a language and proceed.
I have changed the batteries in the remote (although it was fine before moving) but still, no luck.
Make sure you're pointing the remote at the front of the Express. Verify that the remote is really working by using the camera in your phone. Point the remote at the camera and you should see a bright flash when you press any button on the remote.
