Hi. I'm newish here, looked at similar topics, says to go under settings, network then - bandwidth. My settings has no such thing as bandwidth. Is there a Roku for dummies? Been 3 hours trying to watch a New Amsterdam show, each time, 20 seconds or so & I get bumped so far that I have to keep searching ....for New amsterdam again, and again...... doesn't this hold a search:? Helping me is hard, I am technically challenged. Thanks
