Did you unplug your Roku count to 30 and plug it back in?
both of my roku devices are not working.
is there a technical issue w/roku? is that posted anywhere or a place i can look for service outages?
You haven't really told us anything about your hardware. So we can only guess what is going on.
How long have you had it, was it working before, where are you, TV type ,Roku model.
If the Home screens frozen does it do anything in reaction to your remote?
Is your remote paired correctly?
