I plugged it in to the arc hdmi port on the tv with a hdmi cable and when i go to the arc channel the roku logo starts it's little dance then the screen goes black. Thought it would come back on but 15 minutes later still nothing. Wondering if this is not compatible with my Roku tv (tcl model 65r635). Looked for tv's that are not compatible with the streambar pro but couldn't find anything. Tried to contact Roku customer support at (816)272-8106 and after waiting for almost an hour I gave up. On line cutomer support wants to charge your credit card. Has anyone else had this issue or could help me resolve it?
