my roku stopped WORKING and i cant reach customer service.only watched twice in 3 months. Walmart wont take it bk

There is i think a red light on and it will not access from my tv.

Can you please specify more information about what you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter?

Are you seeing anything on your screen when trying to access the Roku device?

It is plugged into the wall and hdmi1 and only shows black screen. On roku the light appears to be blue and red mixed...roku is not appearing when connected at all

The roku is connected to wall light on roku appears blue/red mixed. Tv is blank. I need my roku asap. Thought about firestick but i loved my ROKU.plus i didnt watch it but maybe 3 times before in quit.i couldnt reach u by phone.

I tried resetting with paper clip lights are still solid. Almost like roku is frozen

I have tried unplugging the device for 10 min several times its warm to touch..didnt help...i think this is a defective device and i need a replacement asap
