Since setting up my new Roku Ultra my Samsung TV will randomly shut off. When turned back on my HDMI Switch will suddenly go to a second port to which the Roku Ultra is connected.
There is no rhyme or reason for when this will happen. I have changed my connection to a different HDMI port on my TV; did a factory reset on the Roku Ultra; changed from wireless to wired, but this demon device is unstoppable in the mischief it does.
what are my options other than returning the device to Amazon or smashing it into a million piece?
Roku should be ashamed of themselves for marketing such a flawed device, but I do not think they have the corporate ethics to do so.
