My Roku letters keep jumping and won’t let me finish set up . what do I do ?

How are you powering the Roku device? We would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your Roku device.

PLEASE ... my letters are jumping too and all the 'suggestions' by your 'techs' have failed.

If you're going to market something, work the bugs out. This device is garbage !

I had to take mines back to the store it never stopped with jumping letters @marshdr11

When trying to perform a factory reset, are you making sure to press and hold down the reset button for at least 30 seconds regardless of what is happening on the screen?
