Roku express with remote and roku streaming player
I own a Phillips tv. Not a smart tv. Remote makes remote streaming device blink. Won’t bring up roku start. tv is on hdmi 2. I have 2,3,component, video , channels 116& 118 but screen is still black. Need help please!!
