I have a Roku Express that I am trying to connect to my TV, but I am using the remote through the Roku app. When I go to connect it, it does not connect as we can't connect it. We don't know the address, but I heard if you give the SN number, someone can help you find the IP address.
Please be aware that the Roku mobile app will only work once the device is already connected to the internet already as it requires the device be on the same network as the Roku mobile app. We would recommend connecting the Roku device to your wireless network through the remote first.
