Why do I have to answer a questionnaire to activate my Roku Ultra? And why is the support non-existent? I have spent about an hour trying to get it turned on WITHOUT BEING REQUIRED TO TAKE A SURVEY ABOUT WHERE I SPEND MY MONEY.
Having just gone through this, I know what you mean, but it's not so much a survey about where you spend your money as it is them trying to figure out what channels you may be interested in so they can install them for you. They used to just present a list of channels with most of them pre-checked. Just answer the questions any way you like and remove all the channels you'll never use once you get through the process.

During set q/a after answering if I rented movies yes/no next page kept coming up blank not allowing me to proceed.
