Our Roku Ultra 4660X on our TV has been exiting out of all channels (Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) within a minute and goes back to the home page. We removed apps, restarted roku, then added them back. Didn't work. Then reset to factory settings and manually added back apps. That didn't work. Please help! Quarantine is no fun without Roku. I have been experiencing this for a few weeks. It's not consistent. I'll be watching something on the Hulu channel and it jumps back to the home page. Then I must re-enter and resume the program. It happens with other channels too. I have checked the updates to Roku and the specific channels.

I tried every recommended step. Every one. Instead, it continued to worsen. So yesterday I made the switch to the Fire Stick 4K. Now I have audio.
