Roku setup

Trying to set up my Roku Ultra and it stays at 99% completion.  Does anyone know how to get past this?

I have restarted multiple times because it will not play HBO or Prime Video without first removing the app, restarting the Roku and adding the app back as a channel. This is very frustrating.  Paid $80 for this thing.  grrrr

Could you reply here with a photo of the issue occurring? For clarification, are you stuck on setting up your Roku device or you're having problems accessing your channels?
