I have a new Roku Premiere. This is replacing a very old Roku 3. I have hooked it up. I have gone through the activation process three times - entering my email, getting the activation code, going through all the info, entering my credit card, etc. My phone tells me I am activated, but the screen on my TV does not change and just wants me to enter my email.
