Roku Premier set up trouble

i have a brand new ROKU premier-- got it all plugged in got passed the internet check and the downloading of any new info and then nothing black screen---searching the site i found the reset button we factory reset the box selected English put in my wifi--there was nothing to update then it got to Analyzing HDMI (i think is what it was) and then nothing-blank black screen. it will blink like the next screen wants to come thru and comes and goes so fast I don't know what it says.

I have plugged in, to different HDMI ports, i have turned off and turned on--my router is working correctly.

can someone help

Could be a funky HDMI port or or Cable or Socket(s).

Do the Jiggle on them.

I assume your source HDMI is set correctly.

You should be seeing something. Router is not likely problem.

From now on if people dont upvote me and do as I say I will consider holding my breath and selling my Roku's.

Try it on a different TV as well. What make and model TV are you using this on?
