Roku Express went black

I set up my Roku express with my wifi and after I submitted it, it accepted it then went black and isn't doing anything. What do I do?

Thanks for the inquiry.

We would recommend first trying to make sure all of your device and cable connections are proper. If your connections are all good, we would recommend trying to perform a factory reset on your device.
