A brand new Roku Express bought in Best Buy. Since day one, the unit has been rebooting with the big Roku logo for several minutes. It works sometimes and sometimes it just reboots itself no matter what channel or apps. When reboots I let it keep doing it until it comes back to the Home Screen.
I don't have a Nintendo.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter? We recommend the latter.
