How are you powering the Roku Express device? Is the device powered through the TV USB port or is plugged into the wall outlet? We would recommend making sure you are powering your device with the provided cord into a wall outlet.
Danny,. As said 'ditto here'. Meaning I did everything I'm suppose to do according to advise given earlier. My device has thus problem on and off on both tv"s. It's the stick. Not the connection. I am always plugged in on the wall. I notice that no matter the post this is your standard answer. Not helpful at all. As said, back to Apple. At least you get quality.
