My 1 year old son got ahold of the express and broke the power cord so I tried others and it won’t work so I ordered the replacement cord for the express and it’s plugged into the wall with the roku power adapter and it still says low power and it comes on white but then flashes red
Thanks for reaching out! Physical damage is not covered under the standard warranty for your device. Unfortunately, it sounds like the power port may have been broken during that interaction.
