We just bought a Roku 4K+ last week. It worked great the first day. We got it connected and logged into our apps. Day 3 when we tried to turn it on, it was stuck on the bouncing Roku logo.
I've unplugged it, held down the reset button, even unplugged it completely and hooked it up to another TV. As soon as the TV is turned on, it goes straight to the bouncing logo and won't do anything else. My phone app says that the device is not connected. help?!
