I have a Roku 4 device and I pigged in necessary cords and my TV says HDMI signal received but there is no picture. Ives uses known good sources and HDMI cables and morning changes and also the LED on the device is solid purple and does not change. What could this issue be and has anyone else had this problem
Have you tried plugging the device into another HDMI outlet to see if this resolves the issue? We would also recommend trying to connect the device to another TV to see if f you are experiencing the same issue.
