i have linked my roku express to the point hwere it shows up linked on my account but every time it is updating channels it looks like it restarts and sends me back to the activation page with a different code to use ive done it 7 times now....

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can update and set up your device. Then once your device has been setup, try reconnecting back to your home wireless network.

Hi Danny, I just bought a new ROKU Ultra. I'm having same problem where device does nothing after I put the activation code into web browser. The TV screen stays on the activation page showing the code. I've registered and have a ROKU account. Reading the forums I've seen you request we reboot the WIFI/Network and device. I've tried that and still same, go thru device setup and sticks at activation screen everytime.
I sent you PM with the serial and model number
Any resolution to this yet? I’m having the same issues with a roku press.

You can try performing a factory reset on your device. This will reset all settings and return your Roku device to a state ready for initial setup.
