My Roku has worked fine with my Samsung Smart TV. But, suddenly it quit working. I go to Roku and it shows the name but nothing happens. I have my bill paid automatically so I know it has been paid. What could be the problem?
Are you referring to The Roku Channel on your Samsung TV or a Roku connected to your TV? If it's an actual Roku, have you tried unplugging the power for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Whether you pay your bill or not has nothing to do with what you're seeing and I hope you're not paying some scam artist for some kind of Roku service. Individual channels may require a subscription, but there's no fee to just use a Roku.
