ROKU continues to bounce

Have a Roku Streaming Sick with TV Power and Volume that I purchased last year and just took it out of the box and all I see after plugging it in is the bouncing Roku....I've tried reset for 30 seconds, plugged it into a different power source and no luck.  I can't get to the settings to try a different network and so I'm out of options....

Purchase last year, but never used......what are my options?

ROKU icon bounce issue

I have a Roku Streaming Stick purchased within 1 year. It has bouncing Roku icon issues. I've tried reset for 30 seconds, re-plugged and plugged many times, however, nothing helped.

What is next step?
