RESPONCE FROM TECH SUPPORT

Purchased a new ULTRA directly from Roku. Experienced the loud buzzing noise every time I start it up . Notified Roku by email and they told me to return it to them and they would send another. I responded 4 times asking if they would be replacing my new device with a rebuilt refurbished or new device. They respond ignoring my enquiry with a response stating that my case is solved.

I keep asking the same question but never get an answer. I do not want a refurbished device as this happened out of the box. I have since heard that this is a common unsolved problem and when people have returned and received another device, it carries the same problem that it was sent in for.

  1. Do they replace with new or refurbished devices?
  2. Has this problem been addressed and solved yet ?
  3. Is there a phone number available to communicate with these people ?

Tried to send this to Danny the rep from Roku.  Thank you for any help.
