You set a PIN on your Roku account by logging into it on https://my.roku.com, using the email address associated with your account as the login name. 

Make sure your Roku is connected to this same account.  When you go to Settings > System > About on your Roku does it show the same email address?

I did that, still says pin is invalid. Cant add youtube tv.

Make sure the the email address that shows up under Settings->About is the same email address that you're using to sign in at https://my.roku.com

I have validated that, it's the same email address as in settings.
