Help getting started with Roku devices, including setup, connecting your device to your TV, linking a Roku device to your account at my.roku.com/link, adding channels, subscribing to services, and more.
Seems like there's a connection issue between your TV and your devices. Have you tried using another HDMI cable or plugging the devices into another HDMI port on your TV?
Have you also tried plugging in your devices to another TV to see if they connect? If the devices are able to connect to another TV, then the issue would lie in the TV that you are originally trying to connect to.
