Old tv has only HDMI ports - no USB port - what product/converter do I need???

I have an older tv - TOSHIBA TAC0735

Ive searched everywhere, but there are only several HDMI ports.  There's no USB port.

I was trying to connect a ROKU 3900X (that Id previously had with a smart tv that worked great), but now I want to connect this to an older tv.

IS there a USB TO HDMI CONVERTER I can use?

Or do I need an entirely new product?  If so, which new product would be the most economical.  Thank you!!!!!!

 A 3900x express has hdmi output so simple hdmi cable will connect it to a tv with hdmi inputs. The 3900 usb port is how it gets power, you plug into usb ac adapter, see the first cable listed on this page:
