No set up activation screen

I'm trying to set up a second roku express + in my home.  But it goes straight to the home screen with channels to start watching.   I don't get the set up and activation screen to add device to my roku account.

That means it's already been set up and linked to a Roku account.

Check Settings > System > About.  Is the email address shown the email address for your Roku account?  If not, it's linked to a different account.   You can do a Factory reset and set it up again from scratch, linking it to your Roku account.

Used Roku perhaps? If so, a factory reset may be needed:
